In collaboration with HUAWEI BENEFIT Launches BenefitPay App on HUAWEI AppGallery
BENEFIT, the Kingdom’s innovator and leading company in Fintech and electronic financial transactions services, announces the launch of BenefitPay, the National Electronic Wallet, on the HUAWEI AppGallery platform, the third largest app marketplace in the world, delivering state of the art e-payments solutions for HUAWEI smartphone users in the Kingdom. HUWAEI smartphones users can take advantage of various services offered via the BenefitPay mobile application including the immediate (Fawri+) service and (Fawri) service for bank to bank transfers, be it single or bulk; the billing service (Fawateer) a one stop system that allows banks to offer a customer inquiry and payment of bills through a single click, in addition to the Sadeem service which enables Sadeem card holder to conduct cashless transactions and top ups for petrol and fuel at refueling stations. Furthermore, BenefitPay allows users to easily make purchases at POS machines by scanning QR code using their Huawei smartphones without a limit on maximum payments. It is also expected that the contactless payment service "Tap and Go" will be activated for Huawei smartphone users, once Huawei completes the service's requirements.
BENEFIT aims through this initiative to enable HUAWEI smartphone users to swiftly send or accept payments electronically, eliminating the need for physical cash or cards as part of BENEFIT’s efforts to encourage and create a cashless society, which comes in line with the Kingdom’s vision to strengthen the digital community by launching a variety of innovative services across multiple industry sectors, with a specific focus on the banking sector which has grown to become dependable on electronic financial transactions
